We dispatch orders via Royal Mail First Class, which usually means next working day delivery when an order is placed and paid for by 4 pm on a weekday. That said, delivery times can occasionally vary due to postal delays.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days, it may have been delayed or (rarely) lost in transit — in that case, please contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.
Your order is hand-packed by our team and sent in a plain, discreet padded envelope. It’s securely sealed and triple-packed to keep everything protected and contained. On the outside, you’ll only see your delivery address and the postage label/stamp — nothing else that gives away what’s inside
Yes — you can increase quantities directly in your basket before checkout. Just adjust the amount, update your basket, and place the order as normal.
