We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders can be delivered to:

Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.
- No product descriptions or branding appear on the outside
- Packaging is designed to protect the contents during transit
Delivery & Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched:
- Delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the courier
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Stock Availability & Order Limits
All orders are subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to:

- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Billing, Fees & Payment Processing

Final Sale / No Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and consumer safety reasons:
- All sales are final once payment is confirmed
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted
- Refunds or replacements may only be considered if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Photo proof is needed.
